How to know your body type (dressing guide)

Knowing your body type is very crucial in dressing cause, it'll determine what kind of clothes you should wear if you wish to fit into it perfectly. Not all kinds of clothes are meant for all types of body. So, the faster you discover what body type you've got, the better. Fortunately that's exactly what I'm gonna do here.

Note: All measurements taken should be carried out when your in pants and bra. This is to give you accurate results as clothes may add up to the results you get.

All body types are determined by the size or width of your shoulders, Bust, Waist and Hips. So be careful, you don't want to get wrong results!.

Now it's time to start taking your measurements. Go pick up that measuring tape, head over to the mirror and start taking your measurements. Wait, you'll need someone to help you do this, your close friend would do.

1. Your shoulders :
Like I said earlier, you'll need someone to help you out. You'll need to hold the tape from one end of your shoulder, wrap it round to the other end and back to where you started. Now take down your readings.

2. Your bust:
You really need to be careful here. There shouldn't be too much tightening. If it squeezes even a little bit you'll get a wrong result. So, hold it from your back, don't let it go round your arms!. Just your back, take it round your bust. The most protruding part!. Now take it back to where you started.

3. Your waist:
Hold the tape from below the belly button, not passing the hip bone. Wrap it round, back to where you started. Take your readings.

4. Your hips:
Hold the tape Jst below your hip bone. Wrap it round back to where you started.

You should also note that all readings should be taken when the tape is parallel to the ground. Now you've taken your readings compare the results with the different body types listed below.

Finally your ready. So, read carefully, you'll definitely know what body type You've got.
